If you are new to blogging, you may not have heard of the term dofollow. This term relates to how google and other search engines crawl your site. Searchengines can follow any link on your webpage through to another site. This 'following' helps the page that is linked to, because it shows that there is another, unrelated website that is linking to it. The do follow blog or website is nice to find on the web if you are trying to market your site. If they allow you to post comments with a link to your site you can get free links to your site and potentially more traffic
By default Blogger adds a nofollow attribute to links posted in the comments section. I'll show you how to disable this and allow search engines to help your followers out with more traffic and a higher page rank!
